MAIL FORWARDING Tasks and Responsibilities
This document outlines the roles and responsibilities of the mail forwarding services provider contracted by Sima Space. The provider is responsible for the accurate and timely handling, sorting, and forwarding of mail and packages for Sima Space members, ensuring that all items are delivered to the correct recipients without delay.
1. General Responsibilities:
- Mail Handling: Manage the receipt, sorting, and forwarding of mail and packages for Sima Space members.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with Sima Space members regarding their mail and package deliveries.
- Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure that all mail and packages are forwarded accurately and promptly, adhering to any specific instructions provided by members.
2. Daily Tasks:
- Sorting and Organization:
- Sort mail and packages by recipient, organizing them in designated areas to ensure easy access for forwarding.
- Prioritize items marked as urgent or time-sensitive to ensure they are forwarded as quickly as possible.
- Mail Forwarding:
- Forward mail and packages to the appropriate recipients based on their specified instructions, whether it be via mail, courier, or in-person pickup.
- Ensure that all forwarding addresses are up-to-date and that packages are labeled correctly for delivery.
