At Sima Space, we love the calming presence therapy animals bring and welcome them in dedicated and private office spaces. Our guidelines are informed by member feedback and will keep evolving to create a space that works for everyone, so please share any thoughts!

Whenever an animal-assisted companion is registered at one of our locations, we will send an email to all members of that location to let them know and encourage communication around any potential concerns.

Friendly Guidelines for Bringing Your Therapy Animal​

• Designated Spaces: Therapy animals are welcome in dedicated offices and private rooms. For everyone’s comfort, we ask that they stay out of common areas like reception and meeting rooms.
• Calm and Quiet Atmosphere: Animals should be well-behaved to keep the environment calm for everyone. If they’re prone to barking or noise, a little training can help ensure they’re a relaxing presence.
• Clean and Fresh: Owners, please keep your animals clean and manage shedding with a quick brush or lint roller.
• Allergies and Sensitivities: We’re happy to work with members to accommodate allergies, including using air purifiers or adjusting spaces as needed.
• Healthy Animals Only: For everyone’s well-being, please keep your animal’s vaccinations current and ensure they’re in good health.

What to Do If Issues Come Up?
If any issues come up, we’re here to help resolve them. Please let us know about any concerns like barking, allergies, or other sensitivities, and we’ll work with everyone involved to find solutions. We want to create a space that feels good for all, and your feedback helps us get there!
