The provider is responsible for conducting tours of Sima Space’s coworking facilities, ensuring that potential members and visitors receive a comprehensive and welcoming introduction to the spaces and services offered.
1. General Responsibilities:
- Conducting Tours: Lead scheduled tours of Sima Space locations, showcasing the facilities, amenities, and services available to potential members and visitors.
- Client Engagement: Provide a friendly, professional, and informative experience for all tour participants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Brand Representation: Represent Sima Space’s brand and values during all interactions with potential members and visitors.
2. Tasks every tour:

- Review the schedule of upcoming tours and ensure all necessary preparations are made, including confirming tour bookings.
- Familiarize yourself with the specific needs and interests of tour participants, tailoring the tour to address these preferences.
- Tour Execution:
- Greet tour participants upon arrival and provide a brief introduction to Sima Space.
- Guide participants through the coworking space, highlighting key areas such as private offices, communal areas, meeting rooms, and amenities like kitchens, restrooms, and lounges.
- Provide detailed information about membership options, pricing, and any current promotions or offers.
