While our spaces continue to cater primarily to the wellness community, we are opening our doors to other professionals to assist them in finding a quiet place to work during these challenging times. If you would like more information, please contact us!
Do your spaces have rooms for groups and workshops?
Most of our offices have at least one larger room for hosting groups. Our largest rooms are at Berkeley and Walnut Creek. These rooms are perfect for medium-sized groups and workshops. Our Lower Pacific Heights location also has a room for smaller-sized groups. To schedule an in-person visit to these rooms, click here.

How long does the application process take?
For Hybrid Flex Plan applicants, please please schedule a video, chat, or in-person meet-and-greet here before submitting your online application. Please allow approximately 5 business days for your application to be reviewed and fully processed and for your accessed codes to be updated. The calendar will be available for making bookings on your "start date".
For Virtual Office Plan applicants, once you complete your online application, you can either schedule a tour with us so we can confirm your ID or provide a notarized document to allow Sima Space to receive mail on your behalf. You can have the form notarized online for a one-time charge of $25.

COSTS
What are the costs of membership?
Most plans include a (i) monthly membership fee, (ii) deposit, and (iii) set-up fee.
Our Visitor Pass does not have a set-up fee.
Our Hybrid Flex Plan offers discounted day rates ($112/day) as well as hourly rates ($26/hr).
We also offer 10% off your invoice if you are a California registered non-profit.
The cost of our Daily Subleases and Dedicated Plans vary by location and room. They require first-month rent and a deposit (equivalent to first-month rent). Both of these plans come with access to all our locations.

How will I get billed?
We accept both checking/savings accounts, as well as credit cards (additional 3% charge). Your payment information is stored securely during the application process. Your payment account is then charged every month.
About our billing cycle
You will receive an e-invoice on the fifth of each month. It will include your monthly membership fee plus your usage charges from the previous month. Your payment account will be billed on the second week of every month.
Daily subtenants and Dedicated Plans: payment is collected on the 7th of each month and is paid proactively.

Are reservations prorated?
Yes! Sima Space is all about flexibility, so you get to decide when you start and end your sessions. The scheduling system allows you to reserve rooms in 30-minute increments and you are only charged for the length of time you use.
What if I failed to pay on time?
You will get a courtesy reminder if your payment doesn’t go through. You have three days to update your payment method. Otherwise, you will incur a late payment fee.

What are your hours of operation?
Our locations have different protocols for after-hour usage. Please inquire as a member and we will provide you with the information.
How far in advance can I reserve a room?
You can reserve your room up to four months in advance.
What if I need more time than I reserved?
You can access the online scheduling system at any time to make reservations. If your client is running late, we encourage you to check the scheduling system for availability and add any extra time you may need. Using a room without a reservation is charged an "unscheduled use" fee, so we encourage adding extra time when needed.
Can I reschedule my reservation?
Yes. You can reschedule your reservation up to 48hrs prior to your appointment. For visitor day passes, we require 4 days advanced notice.
Can I cancel my reservation?
We have a 48-hour grace period for hourly booking cancellations. For full-day bookings, we require 4 days advanced notice.
What is your policy on Bringing Therapy Dogs?

What should I do if I want to change my membership plan?
Contact us at [email protected] if you wish to change your membership plan. Please allow approximately 2 business days for your request to be reviewed and fully processed and for your accessed codes to be updated, if needed.
What if I need to extend my visitor's pass?
The visitor’s pass can only be used within one month of purchase.
