Yes! Our offices are medically-zoned.
I'm not a therapist. Can I still join?
While our spaces continue to cater primarily to the wellness community, we are opening our doors to other professionals to assist them in finding a quiet place to work during these challenging times. If you would like more information, please contact us!
Do your spaces accommodate bodyworkers and/or massage therapists?
Yes! Some of our spaces have rooms specially outfitted for bodyworkers. Please contact us for more information.
Do your spaces have rooms for groups and workshops?
Most of our offices have at least one large room for hosting groups. Our largest rooms are at Berkeley and Lower Nob Hill (San Francisco). These spacious rooms are perfect for large groups and workshops. Our Lower Pacific Heights location also has a room dedicated for medium-sized groups. How long does the application process take?
Once you complete your online application, you will have access to our member portal. The calendar will be available for making bookings on your "start date". Please allow approximately 5 business days for your application to be reviewed and fully processed and for your accessed codes to be updated.

COSTS
What are the costs of membership?
Most plans include a (i) monthly membership fee, (ii) deposit, and (iii) application fee.
Our Visitor Pass and Virtual Pass memberships do not have an application fee. The virtual plan does not have access to our therapy offices.
Our Flex Plan offers discounted hourly rates ($22/hr).

How will I get billed?
We accept both checking/savings accounts, as well as credit cards (additional 3% charge). Your payment information is stored securely during the application process. Your payment account is then charged every month.
About our billing cycle
You will receive an e-invoice on the fifth of each month. It will include your monthly membership fee plus your usage charges from the previous month. Your payment account will be billed on the second week of every month.
Daily subtenants and Dedicated Plans: payment is collected on the 7th of each month and is paid proactively.

Are reservations prorated?
Yes! Sima Space is all about flexibility, so you get to decide when you start and end your sessions. The scheduling system allows you to reserve rooms in 15-minute increments and you are only charged for the length of time you use.
What if I failed to pay on time?
You will get a courtesy reminder if your payment doesn’t go through. You have three days to update your payment method. Otherwise, you will incur a late payment fee.
Will I get a discount if I refer a friend?
Yes! Both you and your friend will get one month free.
ACCESs and reservation
How do I access the properties?
Every member receives two personalized access codes: one for themselves and one for their clients. You and your client's access codes will work at all of our locations. How do I access the rooms?
You will need to enter your code to access the rooms you reserve. Please make sure to re-enter your code to lock the door when you leave. This ensures that you do not accumulate extra charges after you leave.
Where can I find my access codes?
Your codes can be found on the member portal, in the profile section.
Please use your codes with care and wise judgment. Misuse of codes, and sharing it with others, is grounds for immediate cancellation of membership.

Can I access the rooms 24/7?
Our locations have different protocols for after-hour usage. Please inquire as a member and we will provide you with the information.
What time can I start accessing the rooms?
You can start accessing the room you reserved according to the start time of the reservation.
How far in advance can I reserve a room?
You can reserve your room up to two months in advance.
What if I need more time than I reserved?
You can access the online scheduling system at any time to make reservations. If your client is running late, we encourage you to check the scheduling system for availability and add any extra time you may need. Using a room without a reservation is charged an "unscheduled use" fee, so we encourage adding extra time when needed.
Can I reschedule my reservation?
Yes. You can start reschedule your reservation using the member portal.
Can I cancel my reservation?
We have a 24-hour grace period for booking cancellations. This does not apply for additional hours booked with the Visitor Pass.

What should I do if I want to change my membership plan?
You may change your membership directly from the member portal.
What if I need to extend my visitor's pass?
The visitor’s pass can only be used within one month of purchase.

What if I need my mail forwarded more often than every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month?
Our virtual office plan comes with mail forwarding. You can increase frequency by adding $20/month. On the other hand, if your plan is any of the following: flex, daily sublease, or dedicated, you may add the mail forwarding option to your account for a monthly fee of $20.
