With vaccination programs ramping up, therapists are beginning to resume face-to-face sessions.

SIMA SPACE COVID SAFE MEASURES
In order to ensure your safety while visiting our offices, we:
- have changed the room layout to maintain social distancing guidelines.
- keep our windows open to encourage air circulation.
- installed HEPPA air purifiers in each of our offices.
- provided sanitization products in each room, including wipes and alcohol spray.
- displayed helpful reminders to maintain hygiene and safety guidelines.
- limited the number of people permitted to wait in the waiting room.
- adjusted our booking system to encourage low rates for day passes.
- clean the offices regularly, and sanitize high touch surfaces at the end of each day.
- implemented an in-house tracing system to ensure that all members are contacted if a visitor tests positive for COVID-19.
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?

As a community, we expect each of our members to help maintain a healthy and safe environment.
We ask our members to commit to the following guidelines:

- We recommend wearing a mask, and wash your hands regularly.
- Maintain social distancing guidelines whenever possible.
- Monitor your symptoms and avoid coming to our offices if you feel unwell.
- Let us know immediately if you test positive for COVID. We will keep these details anonymous, but we need to inform anybody who may have shared the space after you.
- Limit your clients waiting time for a maximum of 5 minutes (or ask them to wait outside if possible).
- We sanitize the offices daily. Help us keep the rooms sanitized by using our sanitizer wipes.

It is important that you immediately contact our team if you have a confirmed case of covid-19 or have come in contact with anyone who is a confirmed case. This will allow us to implement a deep sanitization of the space and inform members who have accessed the space.
